DinaBase7\u00ae is not a classic adhesive cream. DinaBase7\u00ae is a comfortable thermoformable adhesive for dental prostheses, also used by dentists for temporary relining of dentures. DinaBase7\u00ae adheres to prostheses and prosthesis-like materials providing an exclusive “suction cup effect” preventing food residue, pain and rubbing.
Thermoformable means that the material moulds and softens with heat and hardens as it cools. It’s as if every 7 days you moulded the prosthesis to fit your dental arches, and the result is extreme comfort. <\/p>\n

[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”How does DinaBase7\u00ae work?” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” body_font_size=”17px” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

DinaBase7\u00ae moulds with heat. The thermoformable and biocompatible material with which it is formulated allows manipulation and adaptation to different prostheses. By completely filling the space between the palate and the prosthesis, it remains perfectly stable and comfortable even after cooling. <\/p>\n

In the first few hours after application do not drink alcohol or very hot drinks.<\/p>\n

If you realize that you have used too little material, you can easily add more on top. However, first, thoroughly clean and dry the entire surface of the existing layer\u2014only then will the additional material adhere properly.<\/p>\n

DinaBase7\u00ae is indicated for all types of upper, lower, full and partial dentures, but WARNING<\/strong>: DinaBase7\u00ae loses adhesion on prostheses with metal parts and do NOT use DinaBase7\u00ae on prostheses made of nylon, as use could irreparably damage the denture.<\/p>\n

By applying an adequate thickness of DinaBase7\u00ae on the denture, in some cases it is possible to insert it even over a suture stitch.<\/p>\n

Initially, it is advisable to use a bit more product, as the soft surface layer needs to adhere properly to the oral mucosa (gums or palate) to stabilize the denture.<\/p>\n

NOTE: If the gum tissue is too thin or if the bone is exposed, the suction effect cannot occur, and adhesion may not be guaranteed.<\/p>\n

Once the product is generously applied at the center and evenly distributed over the entire denture, insert it and bite down. If no excess product comes out, it means too little was used. <\/p>\n

With continued use, you will become more skilled at determining the right amount of material and how to distribute it effectively. You’ll learn where to leave more excess to prevent food infiltration and where to leave less to avoid uncomfortable friction.<\/p>\n

When applied correctly, the denture will be securely positioned, ensuring comfort and preventing food infiltration.<\/p>\n

Don’t worry if you feel a burning sensation when inserting your denture \u2014 this is a mild disinfecting effect during the first application. Simply remove the denture and rinse it under cold running water for a few minutes. Then, rinse your mouth again before reinserting the denture \u2014 the burning sensation will subside. <\/p>\n

If you are switching from a classic adhesive that does not create the protective cushion between the hard resin of the prosthesis and the gums, you may experience sore spots, and with inflamed gums or cuts in the mouth, these, upon contact with DinaBase7\u00ae, can cause a burning sensation. We suggest treating these wounds as soon as possible; you can use a product like Cikaflogo<\/a><\/span>, a natural product designed specifically to treat the gums, tongue and mouth. <\/p>\n

[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”How and when should I clean my prosthesis?” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” body_font_size=”17px” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

To handle the product, hands must be well washed and clean, otherwise DinaBase7\u00ae may not adhere properly. Before applying the product, the prosthesis must be perfectly clean: wash it thoroughly with water and soap, then rinse it and dry it carefully. <\/p>\n

You can use cleaning tablets, as long as they have a quick action (5-10 minutes). Do not leave the denture soaking beyond the required time for the tablets to work. Once cleaned, store it completely dry in its case. <\/p>\n

The next morning, before wearing it, soak the denture in lukewarm water for a few minutes to soften the surface layer.[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”how to remove DinaBase7\u00ae?” _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” body_font_size=”17px” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]Soak the denture in hot water (60\u00b0C) for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, lift and peel off the entire layer of material to be removed.

The product comes out with difficulty from the tube opening if it is not completely opened: a large, round hole must be made with the tip of the cap. If the hole is complete and the product still does not come out, then it has not been heated enough: screw the cap back on firmly and repeat the heating process. <\/p>\n

For years DinaBase7\u00ae has also been used by dentists for temporary relining of prostheses. We nonetheless recommend consulting your dentist if you have any doubts about the use of the product. Do not use it if you suffer from ALLERGIES or if you have hypersensitivity to its ingredients, in particular to Ethyl Alcohol (Ethanol). <\/p>\n

DinaBase7\u00ae is created using patented ingredients and formula in a small laboratory and in small batches, unlike normal denture adhesives which are produced industrially like glue. Furthermore, one tube lasts 4-6 weeks, so in the long term it is actually less expensive than normal denture adhesives. <\/p>\n
